Where is this file located. I went online and I found two locations it was only 6.7M. Is this correct? I downloaded it. It opens but none of my profile works but working on v6.1.

you have to install vlc 32bit. if you have vlc player 64bit on your pc, uninstall it and install 32bit vlc player
