Your problem probably about dead cihaz kodu's.
Example, try to visit this URL : 🔒 Link gizli — giriş yapın
If you can see "your device is not active" webpage then that server is working. If you can get channel list but you cant watch any channels it means that cihaz kodu is dead.

No, i'm seeing usual portal page. Your error looks like Cloudflare error, it might be temporary problem or your ISS blocked that URL.

This is not only cihaz kimliği. It also has server address. Portal player is showing channel list but not playing channels.

I checked that site with online virtual cihaz koduhines, looks like server owner blocked many nations IP's like Germany, France etc . I'm not sure VPN's will work but if you can find Turkish IP it might work.
If cihaz kodu is dead you can get list but you cant watch channels, try to find other cihaz kodu's, i cant help you about that.
